Hilton Constructions' fully transferable warranty guarantees, for a period of ONE (1) year (unless stated otherwise in contract), the work detailed within the attached written proposal and
will promptly or replace, without expense to the customer, any defect of material or workmanship
within the warranty period. Subject to the terms and conditions of the customer agreement.
